CHMG Capital, LLC is a closely held Private Equity and Operating firm formed in 2004 as the investment vehicle for Capital Health Management Group, Inc. (CHMG), a leading southeast regional provider of home health services.  With the sale of CHMG in June 2005, the principals consolidated their holdings into CHMG Capital, LLC and retained the majority of CHMG’s finance, accounting and IT infrastructure to support and grow our portfolio companies.

Our goal is to invest in managers and companies where our experience, infrastructure, and contacts will directly contribute to faster growth, improved profitability and ultimately higher exit valuations for our portfolio companies.
